Market rent
We offer some properties on a market rent basis where the rent charged is an unsubsidised amount in line with current market prices.
Intermediate rent

Shared ownership – Shared ownership (also known as part-buy, part-rent or New Build Homebuy) is designed to help people who want to buy their own home but cannot afford to buy a property outright on the open market. Shared ownership allows you to buy a share of your home and pay a discounted rent on the remainder. This flexible approach enables you to buy a larger share as and when you can afford it.
